Northbrook

An ideal location.

This country residential subdivision is located on the north bank of the Redwater River and walking distance from Half Moon Lake.

Less than five minutes drive to pavement.

A local phone call to Edmonton and to a number of Internet service providers who provide unlimited access for $19.95 per month or less.

Natural gas, power and telephone available.

Two test wells were drilled in the subdivision. These wells had such an ample supply of excellent water (80 gallons per minute) that each one could individually have supplied the whole subdivision with water.

Very low crime area.

Great winter cross-country skiing from your doorstep.

Abundant wildlife such as moose, deer, beaver; birds including hummingbirds, nuthatches, finches, grouse, waterfowl and many others.

A 40-minute commute to the city of Edmonton (over half a million people) and a 20-minute commute to Redwater.

River valley view and lovely treed acreages with pine, spruce, birch, poplar, saskatoons and chokecherries.
